Toronto – October 13, 2026 -- Jaguar Uranium Corp. (NYSE American: JAGU) has published a maiden independent Mineral Resource Estimate for its Laguna Salada project in Chubut Province, Argentina, totalling 4.2 million lbs of Indicated and 10.1 million lbs of Inferred U3O8, alongside 31.1 million lbs of Indicated and 57.3 million lbs of Inferred V2O5.
The estimate, effective October 5, 2026, complies with SEC Regulation S-K 1300 and NI 43-101. It was prepared by Caracle Creek Chile SpA and Atticus Geoscience Consulting Ltd. No Measured resources have been classified.
Indicated and Inferred tonnage grades 119 ppm and 170 ppm U3O8 Eq
The Indicated category covers 21.1 Mt at 119 ppm U3O8 equivalent. The Inferred category covers 34.0 Mt at 170 ppm U3O8 equivalent. The footprint spans about 4.3% of the 210,284 ha project, which comprises 28 mining concessions in central Patagonia.
CEO Steven Gold called Laguna Salada one of the largest potential undeveloped surficial uranium-vanadium deposits in South America. He said favorable beneficiation characteristics may allow the company to upgrade raw gravel into a high-grade fine fraction.
Resource is reported above a US$12.08/t NSR cut-off
The cut-off is roughly equivalent to a U3O8-only cut-off of 100.18 ppm. The U3O8 equivalent formula adds V2O5 ppm multiplied by 0.0442 to U3O8 ppm. Calculations assume recoveries of 84.9% for U3O8 and 59.5% for V2O5, with prices of US$84/lb U3O8 and US$5.30/lb V2O5.
Buried Lake and the pit-constrained part of Pampa de Arroqui are further limited to an optimized open-pit shell 5 to 8 metres below surface. Top cuts were applied to U3O8 only and affected fewer than 1.5% of samples. V2O5 was not capped.
Historical pits and trenches, not drilling, underpin the grade estimate
The estimate rests primarily on 2,146 historical pits and trenches. The Qualified Persons deemed conventional drilling unsuitable for primary grade estimation, citing poor core recovery and preferential loss of fine-grained carnotite-bearing matrix in loose gravel. Data from 57 historical reverse-circulation holes supported only interpretation of subsurface geological continuity, because air-flushing may have biased samples.
Density was assigned by lithology from 268 measurements, with a mean of 1.712 t/m3. Samples were assayed by Alex Stewart Assayers and ALS Chemex.
Jaguar plans 250 pits and 1,500 metres of sonic drilling to upgrade Inferred resources
The work program targets infill excavation of about 250 new surface pits and trenches at Pampa de Arroqui and Laguna Salada, aiming for 200 m to 100 m grid coverage. At Buried Lake, the company plans 1,500 metres of sonic or vibrosonic drilling, about 100 to 150 holes, to recover intact core across the unconformity-hosted domain. Metallurgical sampling for bench-scale beneficiation and vanadium recovery, environmental baseline monitoring and an updated resource model are also planned.
The company reports nearly US$18 million in cash and no debt. The estimate carries standard caveats: mineral resources are not reserves and have no demonstrated economic viability. Mining and processing methods, costs and environmental effects have not been established and require further technical studies.
