Global – October 22, 2026 -- KMS Lighthouse, a knowledge management platform provider operating in eight countries, applies a zero-tolerance policy on modern slavery across its own operations and supply chain, according to its statement last reviewed in December 2024.
Suppliers must pass a take-on assessment before signing contracts
Every supplier must complete a take-on assessment before entering a contractual relationship with KMS Lighthouse. The assessment identifies potential risk areas in the company's business and supply chains and leads to mitigating procedures, including monitoring, to minimise the likelihood of modern slavery and human trafficking.
The principal first-tier suppliers of the group companies are mostly software providers. The company sources the majority of its products directly from countries not deemed at high risk of modern slavery, but it acknowledges wider exposure in the lower tiers of its supply chain and among smaller suppliers.
Recruitment policy limits labour sourcing to vetted agencies
KMS Lighthouse uses only reputable employment agencies and verifies the practices of any new agency before accepting its workers.
Under the Whistleblowing Policy, employees are encouraged to report suspected wrongdoing in the public interest, including suspected modern slavery. All reports are fully investigated and appropriate remedial actions are taken. Staff with workplace concerns can also approach their human resources business partner.
Company operates in eight countries and is developing staff training
KMS Lighthouse operates in the US, UK, Australia, Italy, Israel, Portugal, Serbia and Singapore. It is developing training and capacity building on modern slavery for its team.
Its Code of Conduct prohibits discrimination and harassment by or against employees, applicants, unpaid interns, volunteers, vendors, visitors, customers and clients.
