Orlando – October 13, 2026 -- Land id, a proptech mapping platform with more than 50,000 users and more than three million maps created, will present its AI-powered property insights to land brokers at two industry events in October, starting October 14 at United Country's annual conference.

Roberson presents AI Insights, Map Tours and CarPlay at United Country on October 14

Founder Steve Roberson will speak at the Grand Cypress Resort in Orlando, Florida, on the session "What's New in Land id: AI Insights, Map Tours & CarPlay." He will then travel to the Fort Worth Stockyards in Texas to speak at Keller Williams's 2026 Land Summit on October 21-23.

United Country has operated for more than a century. Keller Williams was founded in 1983. Both events draw land and ranch professionals to discuss brokerage strategies, emerging technologies and growth opportunities.

Land id AI Insights pairs property data with AI analysis for faster client answers

Land id AI Insights combines the company's property data with AI-powered analysis so real estate professionals can research properties and answer client questions quickly. The insights are integrated into The Land id, a shareable parcel data tour, and into virtual property tours created by agents. Agents use them to market property, and clients use them to make more informed decisions.

Land id for CarPlay puts mapping and navigation in the vehicle

Roberson will also demonstrate Land id for CarPlay, which brings mapping and navigation tools into the vehicle. The product targets land brokers and property managers who spend significant time traveling between properties.

Roberson said property professionals must understand the terrain, the surrounding land, the opportunities and the potential challenges beyond a property's boundary, and that the shift now is how quickly that information can be turned into something useful for agents and clients.

Land id operates from Bozeman and Austin after 2014 founding

Roberson founded Land id in 2014 to give individuals and organizations easy-to-use GIS mapping tools and extensive property data. The company has offices in Bozeman, Montana, and Austin, Texas.
