Lantern Debuts Glo, an AI-Native Staffing and Recruiting Platform

New York – October 13, 2026 -- Lantern has launched Glo, an AI-native platform that replaces the traditional applicant tracking system (ATS), staffing CRM, client portal, candidate portal and disconnected recruiting tools with a single product for staffing and recruiting firms.

Glo is on display at the American Staffing Association's Staffing World in Denver, Colorado, running October 12-14, at Booth 314.

Glo ranks recruiter work by urgency and business impact

Lantern positions Glo against software that only records past events, such as a candidate applying, a job closing or a note being typed. Glo observes signals across candidates, jobs, clients, contracts, compliance and revenue. It reasons about urgency and business impact, ranks the work that matters most and helps complete it.

Peter Tomassi, CEO of Glo, described traditional staffing software as a filing cabinet with a login screen. He said Glo evaluates the whole operating picture and tells a recruiter where the next hour is best spent, with faster fills as the result.

Three connected experiences replace five legacy tools
  • The Desk: gives recruiters a ranked queue of highest-impact actions, with revenue at risk, deadlines and blockers in view.
  • Client Room: lets clients review candidates, share feedback, track open jobs and placements, and keep decisions moving in one place.
  • Candidate Room: shows candidates their next step, profile, applications, documents and onboarding progress.
Luci engine surfaces slipping work and automates with human review

Luci, Glo's intelligence layer, runs through the workflow in five stages: signal, reasoning, priority, action and outcome. It surfaces what is slipping so managers can lead by exception. It supports automation, with human review built in for consequential actions.

Organizations can book a demo through Glo's website.
