HALIFAX – November 02, 2026 -- Maritime Launch Services Inc., developer of Spaceport Nova Scotia, has received final approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) to list its common shares, which begin trading at market open on November 3 under the symbol "MAXQ".
Shares leave Cboe Canada at the close of November 2
The common shares will cease trading on Cboe Canada at the close of trading on November 2. The company's shares also trade on the OTCQB under the symbol MAXQF. The TSX approval follows the company's press release of October 14.
Shareholders need not exchange certificates or take action

CEO frames TSX listing as a visibility play for national space infrastructure
Stephen Matier, President and CEO, said the listing gives Maritime Launch a platform to broaden its visibility and engagement with the investment community, calling it "another key milestone" in building sovereign access to space from Canadian soil.
Spaceport Nova Scotia is described as Canada's first commercial orbital launch complex. The dual-use facility is designed to support civil and defence-related missions, enabling small and medium launch vehicles to place satellites into low Earth orbit across a range of orbital inclinations from a single location.
The company lists risks tied to the listing, including adverse reactions or changes in business relations following its announcement or completion, as well as share price volatility, dilution of securityholders and the possible failure to obtain additional financing.
