Garland, Texas – October 14, 2026 -- Massimo Group (NASDAQ: MAMO) is developing a retail program to widen sales of its powersports products across Ace Hardware, a network of more than 5,000 U.S. stores, and has submitted a dedicated 2026 holiday program for Black Friday and Christmas.
The company has historically sold through a number of independently operated Ace locations. It is now building programs that can be offered to Ace retailers on a wider basis.
Massimo submits holiday program for participating Ace stores
The holiday program would supply participating stores with select Massimo products for the Black Friday and Christmas selling periods. It is being structured around inventory availability, retail pricing, merchandising and logistics.
No purchase commitments or minimum store participation levels have been established. Retailer participation remains subject to applicable approvals and ordering decisions.
Massimo pitches powersports lineup to Ace owners at Orlando event
Massimo presented its powersports products and retail programs directly to Ace representatives and store owners at an Ace Hardware event in Orlando, Florida. The company used the event to meet retailers, introduce its lineup, gather feedback on regional product demand and refine programs designed for the Ace network.
CEO Quenton Petersen said the company's experience with individual Ace stores showed a natural fit between Ace customers and Massimo's portfolio. The next step, he said, is a scalable program for a much broader group of Ace retailers.
Channel diversification targets reliance on single customers
Massimo's retail strategy aims to increase the number of channels through which consumers can reach its products and to reduce dependence on any single customer or distribution channel. The company believes independently operated retail networks can complement its existing national retail, dealer, fleet and direct-to-consumer businesses.
Petersen pointed to Ace locations serving rural, outdoor and recreational markets as aligned with Massimo's customer base. He said that even incremental adoption over time across thousands of independent locations could create a meaningful new avenue for growth. The initiative also fits Massimo's push into retailers whose demographics overlap with its powersports, outdoor recreation, agricultural and utility markets.
Massimo said it expects to provide further updates as programs develop and retailer participation progresses.
