Hamburg – October 27, 2026 -- Mobil Krankenkasse has published its 2025 business report and transparency report, with the Innovation Fund project moVe-it as the central care initiative.
moVe-it targets post-stroke spasticity care through digital case management
The business report, titled "Gesundheit braucht ...", puts patient care at the center. It names three priorities: giving policyholders orientation, developing care services further and strengthening prevention.
Mobil Krankenkasse leads the moVe-it consortium, which includes partners from science and healthcare delivery. The project aims to improve care for people with spasticity after a stroke through digital, interdisciplinary care management.
Transparency report discloses benefit decisions and patient safety practices
The transparency report covers how the insurer reaches benefit decisions, how it handles patient safety and how care innovations come about. It also includes key figures on customer service, complaints and satisfaction. The release does not state the underlying values.
Management frames reporting as a trust measure
Management board member Mario Heise said the insurer wants to ensure reliable care while developing it where policyholders gain concrete value. He added that transparency means explaining the decisions behind results, because trust depends on traceable action.
Both reports are available for download from the insurer.
