New York – September 17, 2026 -- NexPhase Capital, LP has made an investment in EVERYWHERE Communications, a mission-critical software platform serving government and enterprise clients across more than 175 countries. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
EVERYWHERE builds resilient communications for high-risk operating environments
Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland, EVERYWHERE operates a platform combining satellite, cellular and Wi-Fi connectivity with messaging, automated check-ins, geofencing, emergency response and location intelligence. The company serves customers in government, utilities, mining, oil and gas, and humanitarian aid sectors.
NexPhase targets go-to-market and product expansion
Bob Gartland, Partner at NexPhase, said the firm will invest in EVERYWHERE's go-to-market capabilities, customer success and product organizations as the company expands across government and enterprise verticals. Patrick Shay, Founder and CEO of EVERYWHERE, said the investment supports the company's mission to help organizations connect, protect and coordinate personnel while it evaluates strategic acquisitions to broaden capabilities and strengthen market position.
Management team remains in place after transaction close
Jake Bailey, President of EVERYWHERE, said customers increasingly want visibility into where risk is emerging and when action is required, without depending on field personnel to initiate communication. The partnership will fund expansion of automated safety workflows and operational intelligence features. EVERYWHERE will continue to be run by its current management team following the close of the transaction.
Advisors on both sides finalize the deal
Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP served as legal advisor to NexPhase. Baird acted as exclusive financial advisor to EVERYWHERE, with DLA Piper LLP serving as the company's legal advisor.
