No Makeup Makeup CEO and President Exit After Eight-Figure Year

Los Angeles – November 07, 2026 -- Kim Wileman, co-founder and CEO of beauty brand No Makeup Makeup, and Shauna Lahiri, its President, have left the company effective August 2026, after the brand reached eight-figure revenue in its first full year.

Wileman built the supply chain behind a brand for women 40 and over

Wileman co-founded the company in 2024 with founder Victoria Jackson and drew on more than three decades in beauty product development. She developed the proprietary formulas and product portfolio with Jackson. She also led manufacturing partnerships, supply chain and operational infrastructure for a line aimed at women 40 and over.

Lahiri expanded distribution to QVC, Amazon and TikTok Shop

Lahiri ran brand identity, marketing strategy and the commercial growth platform. She added QVC, Amazon and TikTok Shop to the direct-to-consumer business, creating a national omnichannel presence. Her remit also covered pricing, subscription and loyalty programs, and the FlexShade Technology positioning. Under her, the brand grew from a single product to seven proprietary technologies.

Jackson thanked both executives publicly, saying she "didn't do it alone."

Lahiri previously scaled $100M-plus beauty brands

Before No Makeup Makeup, Lahiri was CEO of Meaningful Beauty, a $120M-plus brand. As Chief Marketing Officer at Guthy-Renker, she led the launch of JLo Beauty and helped scale Crepe Erase into a $100M-plus business.

Wileman is a 2026 Inc. Female Founders 500 honoree, a member of the Fast Company Impact Council and a CEW 2026 Innovators of the Year honoree. She said she looks forward to bringing the same focus on innovation to "what's next." Lahiri cited the brand's retail partnerships and said she is excited about opportunities ahead. Neither executive named a next role, and the release gave no successor details.
