Four assay intervals from the Upper Phosphatic Zone in MM26-10, spanning 194.00 to 197.60 metres downhole, returned lead concentrations between 2.5 and 5.3 parts per million, against a maximum of 610 ppm allowed under AAPFCO's SUIP #25 heavy-metal rule for a 10% P2O5 fertilizer. Mercury readings ranged from 0.123 to 0.220 ppm, compared with a 10 ppm ceiling, while arsenic measured 5.1 to 10.6 ppm against a 130 ppm limit and cadmium came in at 1.19 to 3.25 ppm versus a 100 ppm cap. Zinc, the highest-measured element in the interval, peaked at 245 ppm, still well under the 4,200 ppm threshold.

CEO Robin Dow said the interval confirms the zone "continues to deliver predictable, clean, very low heavy metals content" suitable for organic certification. ALS Laboratories Ran Four-Acid Digestion Under ISO 17025 Accreditation
Samples moved from an ALS Geochemistry preparation facility in Elko, Nevada, to ALS's analytical lab in Vancouver, where technicians applied a near-total four-acid digestion (HF, HNO3, HClO4, HCl) followed by ICP-MS and ICP-AES analysis for arsenic, cadmium, mercury, lead and other trace elements. ALS holds ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation and is audited by the Standards Council of Canada and the Canadian Association for Laboratory Accreditation. Nevada Organic Phosphate inserted blank samples every 11 intervals, equal to 9.3% of the stream, and certified reference material BAM 826-1 every 22 samples, or about two per drill hole, to verify analytical accuracy under NI 43-101 protocols.
Nevada Organic Phosphate Pays $25,000 for Emerging Growth Research Report
Nevada Organic Phosphate signed an agreement dated Aug. 25, 2026, with Emerging Growth Research LLC of Sheridan, Wyoming, to produce an independent research report on the company's operations, financial performance and investment potential. The company agreed to pay the consultant a fixed US$25,000 fee for research, production and distribution, with the report due within four to six weeks of the agreement date. Emerging Growth Research plans to distribute the report through FactSet, Bloomberg, LSEG Eikon and S&P Capital IQ, alongside its own website, social media channels and conference audiences. The company confirmed Emerging Growth Research holds no securities in Nevada Organic Phosphate and operates at arm's length.
