OSL Tokenizes First USDGO Stablecoin Fund With 17.05% Annualized Return

Hong Kong – – October 08, 2026 -- OSL Group has been engaged by digital asset technology firm 2WA to power the on-chain tokenization of PrimePlus SPC - USDGO Plus SP, the first market-neutral fund built on the USDGO stablecoin. As of October 7, the fund had returned 16.67% since inception, with a 17.05% annualized return over the trailing 30 days before fees.

OSL takes on custody, distribution and tokenization of the fund's units

Under the arrangement, OSL (HKEX:863) tokenizes the fund on-chain and serves as the licensed platform for custody and distribution of its tokenized units. USDGO, the underlying asset of the fund, is also held in custody with OSL. Eligible professional investors in Hong Kong can subscribe to and redeem from the fund directly through the OSL HK app, the company's locally licensed digital asset trading platform.

Fund targets funding-rate spreads rather than directional price bets

USDGO Plus SP, launched on the 2WA ecosystem in August 2026, is structured as a segregated portfolio of PrimePlus SPC, a Cayman Islands segregated portfolio company. It seeks market-neutral returns by capturing funding-rate spreads in crypto derivatives markets rather than relying on price direction. The fund supports daily subscriptions, redemptions and net asset value updates, and will add an optional T+0 express redemption feature later this month.

USDGO is issued by a federally chartered US crypto bank

USDGO is pegged 1:1 to the US dollar and backed by high-quality liquid reserves including cash and short-term US Treasuries, subject to third-party audits. It is issued by Anchorage Digital Bank N.A., the first federally chartered crypto bank in the United States, with OSL acting as brand operator and distributor. OSL maintains digital asset insurance coverage exceeding US$1 billion in Hong Kong and holds multiple security certifications as custodian.

Executives frame the deal as a bridge between traditional finance and on-chain markets

Terence Pu, Senior Vice President and Head of Hong Kong Business at OSL Group, said the collaboration demonstrates OSL's one-stop asset tokenization capabilities and reflects market appetite for compliant stablecoin strategy products. Eugene Cheung, Founder and CEO of 2WA, said the partnership pairs stablecoin strategy investing with institutional-grade security and compliance, and that 2WA aims to deepen its work with OSL across stablecoins and tokenized assets.

The fund is offered only to eligible professional investors in Hong Kong and has not been authorized by the Securities and Futures Commission under section 104 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance. OSL Digital Securities Limited is not licensed under the Stablecoin Ordinance to conduct regulated stablecoin activities in Hong Kong but operates as a permitted offeror to verified professional investors.
