OutRival's AI Show Hits 13 Episodes, Targets 100 by 2027

Miami – October 15, 2026 -- OutRival's enterprise AI show "The New Normal" has published 13 episodes, recorded 30 and set a target of 100 recorded episodes by 2027, with a weekly Thursday release schedule confirmed through next year.

OutRival, the Miami-based company building AI digital workers for voice, SMS and email, presents the show. Guests include leaders from Marriott Vacations Worldwide, Azamara Cruises, Southern New Hampshire University, Western Governors University, Miami Dade College, Dallas College and the U.S. Department of Labor. The institutions in the first 13 episodes serve more than one million students a year, plus millions of travelers.

Show moves from higher education into travel and insurance

The show launched in June 2026 with higher education, added the U.S. Department of Labor as its first government guest and opened its travel chapter in October. Bob Becker, who is credited with more than $50 billion in sales at Carnival, Norwegian and Celebrity, appears in the 13th episode, released today.

Insurance is next. Recordings with carrier, agency and brokerage leaders begin in Q4 2026, co-hosted by Eric Weinstein, OutRival's Vice President, Head of Insurance. Additional higher education, travel and insurance executives are already recorded and scheduled.

Hosts target operators already running AI in production

OutRival CEO Ruben Harris and President Timur Meyster host the show. Jeff Herzfeld, Vice President, Head of Travel, co-hosts the travel episodes. Grove Station Studios' Mike Landsberg and Thomas Risavy produce it, and every episode is recorded in person.

OutRival says conversations with more than 300 enterprise leaders showed most companies are still not running AI in production at scale. The show focuses on the minority that are, and on use cases, results and mistakes rather than vendor pitches.

Guests describe AI used proactively rather than only to answer inbound calls. Examples include following up on inquiries that never got a callback, unfinished applications, policies up for renewal and guests ready to book their next trip.

Guests cite scale, headcount and reach as AI drivers

Lisa Marsh Ryerson, President of Southern New Hampshire University, a university serving 300,000 learners, said she wants staff to do more of the "heart work" and offload the "hand work" to AI. Madeline Pumariega, President of Miami Dade College, said the college went all in rather than piloting, because "a pilot is an initiative. Scale is a transformation."

Mike Flaskey, President and COO of Marriott Vacations Worldwide, said digital workers extend the reach of a 1,400-person sales organization. Becker said he started AI with a single use case, arguing that hope is a poor business strategy.

Other guests include Penn Foster CEO Kermit Cook, UMass Global Chancellor David Andrews, National University President Mark Milliron, University of Maryland Global Campus President Gregory Fowler and University of Phoenix COO Raghu Krishnaiah. Taylor Stockton, Chief Innovation Officer at the U.S. Department of Labor, and Dallas College Chancellor Justin Lonon also appear, as does Azamara Cruises CEO Dondra Ritzenthaler.

Short clips are distributed across YouTube Shorts, Instagram and LinkedIn.
