WASHINGTON -- Placemakr will open an 87-unit apartment-hotel in Tempe, Arizona, on December 2, 2026, its second Arizona location and the sixth Placemakr property listed under Apartment Collection by Hilton.
Placemakr Tempe takes bookings from November 2 ahead of a December 2 opening
Placemakr Tempe, Apartments by Hilton, became bookable through Apartment Collection by Hilton on November 2. The property offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units inside Shorehaven, a new 722-unit Class-A community developed by Silverstein Properties at 1310 Vista Del Lago Drive, along Tempe Town Lake.
Guests will have access to a resort-style pool, game lawn, clubroom and fitness center. Shorehaven is minutes from the Arizona State University campus and downtown Tempe. It will also include boutique retail, dining, entertainment and office space.

Fudin, CEO and Co-founder of Placemakr, said the greater Phoenix hospitality market has performed well over the past half decade and that demand for apartment-style stays is outpacing supply, so the company is "doubling down." He cited a mix of business, university and leisure demand in Tempe.
