Irvine – November 03, 2026 -- MFour Data Research now collects 2.35 million unique AI conversations every 30 days, containing 10.1 million consumer-generated messages, after adding Google Gemini alongside ChatGPT on its U.S. mobile-app consumer panel.

MFour links each AI conversation to online and in-store behavior

Every conversation is tied to the same consumer's demographics, web browsing, app usage, GPS-verified store visits, purchases and survey responses. Brands can see what consumers do before and after asking AI for advice.

Gemini data is captured at the account level. It covers conversations in the Gemini app on any mobile device and in any desktop browser.
