Hyperscale Data Sets $750M Floor Valuation for Michigan AI Campus

Las Vegas – September 17, 2026 -- Hyperscale Data, Inc. (NYSE American: GPUS) has set $750 million as the minimum valuation at which it would seriously consider selling its Michigan AI data center campus, with management estimating the asset could fetch as much as $1.25 billion.
Executed contract anchors valuation range
The valuation is tied to a newly executed master services agreement between subsidiary Alliance Cloud Services, LLC (ACS) and a California-based neocloud provider for an initial 20 megawatts of critical AI compute capacity at the Michigan Campus. The MSA carries a 10-year initial term with two five-year extension options.
