Project Eleven Taps Quantus as Partner for Post-Quantum Custody Rollout

NEW YORK – October 07, 2026 -- Project Eleven and Quantus announced plans to integrate the Quantus Network with Strongpoint, Project Eleven's institutional custody platform, with Quantus joining as a development partner. Support for Quantus on Strongpoint is targeted for Q1 2027.

Quantus becomes a development partner shaping institutional key-management workflows

Quantus will work alongside Project Eleven to define Strongpoint's support for its network, covering technical integration, key-management workflows, transaction support, and related infrastructure requirements for institutional users.

Strongpoint's crypto-agile architecture separates institutional controls from network cryptography

Strongpoint uses a common control layer for authentication, policies, approvals, key management, and audit operations, allowing cryptographic algorithms and network-specific requirements to change independently beneath it. The planned Quantus integration extends that architecture so institutions can secure Quantus keys and approve transactions through existing hardware, policies, and approval processes.

Quantus runs post-quantum security at the protocol level with a capped 21 million supply

Quantus is a layer 1 proof-of-work blockchain built with a 21 million supply cap, private by default, and secured using ML-DSA for key generation and transaction signatures plus zero-knowledge proofs for scaling and privacy. The company also operates migration.fail, a public tracker measuring how much of the crypto industry remains vulnerable to quantum computing.

Executives cite fragmentation risk as networks adopt different post-quantum standards

Alex Pruden, Co-Founder and CEO of Project Eleven, said institutions will need infrastructure that supports new cryptographic standards without forcing them to rebuild security and operational workflows each time a network changes its approach. Christopher Smith, Co-Founder and CEO of Quantus, said the partnership aims to reduce operational friction institutions face when adopting a new cryptographic standard within existing key-management and transaction approval systems.

Once support is live, institutions will be able to manage Quantus alongside other digital assets under a consistent approach to key security, transaction governance, and operational controls. The collaboration forms part of Project Eleven's broader work with blockchain networks ahead of Strongpoint's general availability.
