San Francisco – October 14, 2026 -- Revinate has launched what it calls hospitality's first data activation platform, built on 1.25 billion guest profiles, with the global release of Revinate Pathways, Revinate Vault and a new version of Revinate Chat. The company says 60% of its customers report an ROI of 20X or more on the platform.
The launch targets a gap between AI adoption and results. In h2c's AI Opportunity Study 2026, 91% of hotel chains said they use AI, but only 13% reported a measurable return so far. Revinate says the releases advance its move into the enterprise segment, where major hotel brands are already customers.
Revinate defines data activation as prediction plus execution
Revinate distinguishes the category from existing tools. A CRM stores guest records and a customer data platform unifies them. A data activation platform adds prediction of each guest's next need and acts while intent is still live. Revinate says it runs all three layers on one platform, with its AI layer, Ivy, across every product. Hotels set the goals and Revinate executes.
Pathways replaces batch email with event-triggered journeys
Revinate Pathways runs automated email and SMS journeys triggered by guest events, including booking, check-in, birthdays and abandoned carts. The journeys branch on each guest's response. Built-in consent controls keep SMS compliant, and Revinate Insights reports the room nights, reservations and outlet spend each journey drove. WhatsApp will be added by the end of this year.
Vault centralizes property data and feeds Chat
Revinate Vault stores a hotel's property and brand information. Hotels upload documents such as spa hours and cancellation policies, and Ivy reads them and fills in the details automatically. At launch, Vault powers Revinate Chat, so answers reflect property-specific facts and the hotel's own tone. Vault will next hold the settings Pathways runs on, then extend to Revinate Feedback and Reservation Sales, so a change made once updates everywhere.
Chat links into Pathways and resolves up to 80% of routine questions
Revinate Chat, first announced at HITEC 2026 in June, resolves up to 80% of routine guest questions automatically. The latest version places Chat links in pre-arrival and welcome messages, including SMS. Every question a guest asks is added to their profile.
Synthetic data engine targets pre-search bookings
Revinate Core, the company's customer data platform, resolves records from hundreds of integrated systems into Rich Guest Profile® data. On top of it, a synthetic data engine learns from guest behavior at scale. It is built to anticipate when a guest is likely to travel and match them with a room and price before the search begins.
"AI is only as smart as the data it runs on," said CTO David Stephens. He said Revinate resolves identity first, so a guest who books a room, a table and a spa treatment counts as one guest, not three. The engine learns from behavior, not personal details.
