DUBAI – October 29, 2026 -- Everest Group has placed Employer of Record (EoR) provider Rivermate in the Major Contender category of its 2026 EoR Solutions PEAK Matrix Assessment, which evaluated 29 providers worldwide.
The assessment scores providers on market impact as well as vision and capability, and sorts them into three groups: Leaders, Major Contenders and Aspirants. Rivermate, which hires and pays talent in more than 180 countries, is included in Everest Group's EoR research for the first time.

Remunance acquisition in June adds an Indian EoR and payroll provider

Rivermate runs 39 owned entities and 150+ partners
Rivermate operates through 39 wholly owned entities and a network of more than 150 partners. It assigns dedicated account managers with country-level expertise to each client.
CEO Sébastien Wakim said international hiring has become standard for companies of all sizes, and that the EoR market is maturing as buyers look for evidence that a provider is trusted and qualified. He said the Everest Group assessment gives clients that view.
