San Antonio – November 05, 2026 -- The RK Group (RKG), a hospitality company with 15+ integrated brands, has launched Workforce Support Solutions, a unit that bundles housing, dining, temporary infrastructure and security for construction, government and technology projects under a single point of contact.
Three pillars anchor the turnkey workforce offering
The unit is built on camp housing and management, 24/7 chef-led dining programs, and rapid-deploy temporary infrastructure. Housing covers climate-controlled billeting, executive lodging and housekeeping. Food service is prepared from scratch and scheduled around multiple shifts. Infrastructure options include industrial warehousing, OFCI storage structures, field offices and strategic logistics.
RKG targets mission-critical construction, government base camps and industrial development
Target clients include mission-critical and commercial construction, industrial site development, government and agency base camps, and the technology, educational and medical sectors. Chief Strategy Officer Jennifer K. Heinz said RKG can stand up temporary facilities within days while permanent buildings are completed.
Clients can preview full site layouts in 3D before deployment
Using the technologies and fleet assets of RKG's in-house brands, clients can review total site configurations through 3D visualizations and architectural renders. Sites run on self-contained utilities, including industrial HVAC systems, mobile power generation and hygiene facilities.
Security services can be contracted separately from the camp package
The unit also offers armed and unarmed physical security forces, intelligence monitoring, technical surveillance countermeasures, threat risk assessments and 24/7 detection. Clients can buy the security program independently, either as needed or on an ongoing basis, for commercial, industrial or executive requirements.
President and CEO Greg Kowalski said the expansion responds to client requests and current market conditions. RKG, founded in 1946, is headquartered in San Antonio and has offices in Austin, Dallas, Phoenix, Memphis, Louisville and Seattle.
