Dubai – September 07, 2026 -- Nasdaq-listed Robo.ai Inc. (AIIO) reported total revenue exceeding US$180 million for the three-month period from June through August 2026, with the bulk of the figure driven by its newly acquired subsidiary, Quantum Core Capital Limited (QC Capital).
QC Capital drives Robo.ai's revenue surge post-acquisition
Robo.ai completed its acquisition of QC Capital on June 15, 2026, and the deep-tech venture-building platform has since become the primary contributor to the Dubai-based group's top line. The Company said operations have remained steady since integration began, with the new business unit delivering meaningful revenue growth to the overall group.

"Since completing the acquisition in June, we have seen steady operating momentum and continued revenue contribution from our acquired business," said Benjamin Zhai, Chief Executive Officer of Robo.ai. He added that the revenue performance strengthens confidence in the Company's trajectory as it pursues sustainable growth across its four platforms: artificial intelligence, robotics and smart mobility, advanced manufacturing, and digital assets and capital.
Revenue-linked share structure ties QC Capital deal to performance
The consideration shares issued for the QC Capital acquisition are subject to a phased, revenue-linked release mechanism, as disclosed in a Form 6-K filed with the SEC on June 18, 2026. This structure ties equity issuance directly to QC Capital's ongoing financial performance rather than a fixed upfront payout.
Robo.ai cautioned that the US$180 million revenue figure is preliminary and unaudited, and has not been reviewed by its independent registered public accounting firm. The figures remain subject to adjustment during the Company's formal financial closing and review procedures.
