SHERIDAN, WYOMING – August 1, 2024 – Samson Druck GmbH, a leading Austrian print service provider, is embarking on a strategic partnership with Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (HEIDELBERG) to enhance its production capabilities. The investment focuses on HEIDELBERG's comprehensive hybrid solution, which integrates industrial digital printing with the company's Peak Performance offset technology, exemplified by the Jetfire 50.

Strategic Investment in Advanced Technology

This investment is driven by HEIDELBERG's commitment to comprehensive service and support, as well as its innovative hybrid solution. The integration of offset and digital printing within a unified workflow is expected to provide Samson Druck with unprecedented flexibility and economic efficiency in print production.

Dr. David Schmedding, Member of the Management Board for Technology and Operations at HEIDELBERG,emphasizes the significance of this integration: "By integrating offset and inkjet into a unified workflow control,Samson Druck gains maximum flexibility and efficiency." The implementation of intelligent, self-learning software will automate processes, optimize production workflows, and minimize manual intervention. The Prinect Press Center of the Speedmaster XL 106 will serve as a central hub for autonomous production in Push to Stop mode.

Peak Performance with the Speedmaster XL 106

This foray into industrial high-speed inkjet technology will enable Samson Druck to offer a comprehensive range of print products, from personalized short runs to high-volume orders, all while maintaining premium quality.

Streamlined Workflow with Prinect

Samson Druck will leverage the Prinect Production Manager to control its hybrid production workflow.
