Seasoft Identity Launches Automated User Access Reviews

Garden City, N.Y. – October 06, 2026 -- Seasoft Solutions has launched User Access Reviews (UAR) for its Seasoft Identity platform, combining automated access certification and remediation into a single workflow for mid-market organizations.

Platform replaces spreadsheet-based certification with automated campaigns

IT and security teams can now define which systems and applications require certification, assign reviewers, and have Seasoft Identity automatically assemble review campaigns from existing platform access data. The tool eliminates manual exports, email follow-up, and separate remediation tracking that traditionally burden access certification cycles.

Reviewers get instant remediation through existing provisioning pipeline

When reviewers identify inappropriate access, the system can act immediately through Seasoft Identity's existing provisioning pipeline rather than routing findings to a separate remediation process. The platform tracks timing history for each exception from identification through verified remediation, giving organizations a measurable metric for how quickly access risks are closed.

"Access reviews help organizations maintain control over access, without creating another manual project," said Taylor Barstow, Chief Technology Officer at Seasoft Solutions. "We built User Access Reviews around a simple idea: the people responsible for reviewing access should be able to understand what they are certifying, and when something needs to change, that change should happen in the same workflow."

Feature set targets compliance mandates including SOC 2, SOX, HIPAA and PCI

The platform supports multiple governance models, including team-based or system-based campaigns and suggestion-only or direct-editing workflows. It also captures attestations, findings, resolutions, and audit records as reviews progress, and allows auditors read-only access to completed or in-progress reviews without granting change rights. External reviewers without Seasoft Identity accounts can be invited automatically when a campaign launches.

Mid-market firms targeted as resource-constrained compliance buyers

Barstow said mid-market organizations face access governance obligations similar to larger enterprises but with fewer staff to manage them, and that the new tool is designed to make broader and more frequent certification cycles practical without requiring large enterprise IAM implementations.
