AccountingHub links invoices, payments, purchases, deposits, fees, and refunds directly to a general ledger through configurable account mappings.
AccountingHub automates statements, aging reports, and vendor bills
Shops can schedule customer statements and review aging reports with invoice-level detail. They can also manage bills, vendor credits, and payments, with visibility into upcoming due dates.
The platform automates routine adjusting entries. Fiscal-period controls protect completed accounting periods from unauthorized changes, and reversal records preserve the accounting history and audit trail when corrections are required.
Multi-location operators get consolidated statements and per-shop comparisons
Operators with several facilities receive consolidated financial statements, plus reporting by shop or class. They can compare effective labor rates, gross margins, and financial performance across locations without maintaining separate spreadsheets.
Role-based permissions give owners, office staff, and outside accountants access suited to their responsibilities.
ShopView keeps its QuickBooks integration and adds outsourced bookkeeping
Shops that prefer QuickBooks can retain ShopView's existing integration. ShopView is also introducing bookkeeping services for shops that want to hand the work over entirely. Its team keeps the books in the same system where the shop's work orders already live.
