Featuring Sidel's latest EvoBLOW XL blower in a Combi configuration, the new production lines are capable of producing 12,000 bottles per hour, in sizes of 4.5L or 6L. This development helps C’estbon Beverage maintain its leading position as innovators in the packaged water industry.
Having sold over 130 billion bottles to date, C’estbon Beverage is capitalizing on the growing demand for larger water bottles in China, where this market segment is anticipated to see a 5.9% compound annual growth rate.
To meet the rising consumer demand for large-format water bottles, C’estbon Beverage partnered with Sidel, a global leader in packaging solutions for beverages, food, home, and personal care products. Together, they developed a customized solution tailored to C’estbon's requirements.
With the installation of Sidel’s Combi complete line, including the EvoBLOW XL, SF100 Filler, EvoDECO labeller, conveyors, packer, and PalLinear palletiser, C’estbon Beverage has significantly boosted its production capabilities to 12,000 4.5L or 6L bottles per hour.

Fastest Blower for Large PET Containers
With over four decades of expertise in packaging and blowing, Sidel introduced the EvoBLOW XL machine for large containers in September 2023. This versatile solution, built on Sidel’s proven performance, caters to various markets and is designed for multiple large bottle formats up to 10L. It offers flexible oven configurations and a wide choice of bottleneck dimensions, ensuring it can handle diverse large bottle types.
The EvoBLOW XL achieves high production efficiency with the industry’s highest blowing outputs, reaching up to 18,000 bottles per hour (bph) and 98% Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Its user-friendly functionality ensures efficient changeovers and high flexibility, with ergonomic features simplifying heavy mold positioning and ensuring safety.
Optimum Quality of Complete Lines for Large Formats
C’estbon Beverage chose Sidel’s complete Combi line for its water production, which includes the advanced EvoBLOW XL blower, delivering 12,000 bottles per hour in 4.5L and 6L formats. The Combi line's hygienic design guarantees the highest water quality, incorporating features like a preform de-duster, no-contact filling, stainless steel parts, automatic dummy bottles for Cleaning in Place (CIP), and UV lamps on the cap chutes. Packaging integrity is maintained by the Sidel Inspection System, which controls every step of the bottle production process.
Additionally, the EvoDECO labeller supports two different labeling applications: roll-fed and hot melt. The flexible packer handles both cartons and films, while the high-level infeed PalLinear palletiser optimizes space utilization.

This state-of-the-art line was assembled and delivered by Sidel's Beijing plant, which has been a hub for local production and sustainable development for nearly two decades.
