Berlin – November 05, 2026 -- Berlin-based AI start-up Solid Labs has made its AI Creative Engine available on a self-service basis to all brands and agencies after more than a year in stealth mode. Its core product, the Solid Agent, continuously generates new video ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube from a customer's existing footage.
Solid Agent runs production from briefing to finished ad in one conversation
The agent writes the script, adds voiceover, selects scenes and assembles the ads. It also produces variants with new hooks, in other formats and in other languages. A Brand Hub teaches the system a brand's tone, look and rules. Users can edit script, voice and video manually at any time.
Solid Labs positions the product around real footage of people, products and places rather than purely AI-generated content, arguing that such ads are more credible. The founders' stated vision is that performance and growth teams will need only a smartphone and Solid to produce ads.
Start-up targets creative fatigue, with about 90% of video ads failing to perform
Ads on short-form platforms such as TikTok and Instagram often lose effectiveness within weeks or even days, according to the company. It says roughly 90% of video ads do not perform in the first place.
The launch is timed for Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the Christmas season. Some consumer brands generate up to 40% of annual revenue in the fourth quarter.
Too Good To Go, HOLY and TEVEO report measurable gains
- Too Good To Go has country teams localize ads themselves in 21 markets and beats external agencies on cost per first purchase.
- HOLY produces ads four times faster and launches campaigns in new markets within 24 hours.
- TEVEO created more than 200 final videos from a single shoot in one week.
Solid reports strong growth in DACH, Benelux, the UK and the US. Other customers include growth brand Ahead and the Dr. Wolff Group, maker of Alpecin.
