Company allocates $1 million to inclusion initiatives, logs 4,800 volunteer hours

Southwire invested $1 million in inclusion-focused programs last year and recorded more than 4,800 volunteer hours in support of nonprofit organizations. The report structures these efforts around six focus areas: People Leaders, Inclusive Workforce, Employee Resource Groups, Reputation and Community, Equity and Governance, and Value and Supply Chain.

Include Summit draws over 2,000 employees as recognition mounts

More than 2,000 Southwire team members participated in the company's Include Summit during the reporting period. Southwire was also named one of the World's Most Ethical Companies and one of America's Greatest Workplaces for Inclusion.

North America's leading wire and cable manufacturer positioned the $890 million supplier spend and the eNPS gains as evidence that inclusion metrics are now embedded in operational and governance reporting rather than treated as standalone social initiatives.
