EU and Anglo-Saxon contract wins drive the quarter

Sword attributes the quarter's growth to major contract signings with the European Union and large Anglo-Saxon companies, combined with new offerings. Management says its AI transformation plan is delivering results above expectations. It cites backlog strength and the performance of its AI, resilience and cloud offerings.

Sword drops French acquisition goal and keeps its Middle East presence

Growth in the French-speaking region, covering Switzerland, France and Quebec, is expected to come from Switzerland and Canada rather than France. Sword has abandoned its acquisition objective in France. Its M&A policy stays focused on technology acquisitions, and the group says it is staying the course in the Middle East despite the current context.
