The deployment operates under an AI leadership structure T. Rowe Price announced in August, embedding AI leaders within Investments and Global Distribution while T. Rowe Price Labs, the firm's enterprise AI innovation hub, evaluates and scales applications. Each application remains owned by its business unit and subject to the firm's responsible-use standards.

Ramon Richards, global head of Technology, Data, and Operations and CTO, said the firm built governance controls before scaling adoption. Peter Nolan, head of Asset and Wealth Management at Anthropic, said T. Rowe Price is applying Claude where "the bar for accuracy and judgment is highest."
