Modular Buildings Draw Southeast Asian Buyers to Linyi Fair

LINYI, China – October 30, 2026 -- Modular buildings, prefabricated houses and capsule-style cabins drew buyers from Vietnam, Malaysia and Thailand at the Fourth Linyi Mall International Buyers Conference, held October 28-30 in Shandong Province.
Exhibited products included space capsule cabins, modular accommodation units and prefabricated building solutions for hospitality, tourism, residential and commercial use. Chinese manufacturers are targeting Southeast Asia, where tourism development, hospitality investment and demand for flexible accommodation are creating openings for prefabricated construction.
