This real-world application will highlight the company's variothermal mold temperature control technology, showcasing its ability to optimize the surface structure of plastic parts while maximizing energy efficiency. The demonstration will also feature a propane-based (R290) refrigeration machine, underscoring technotrans' commitment to environmentally friendly solutions.

technotrans is expanding its temperature control offerings with a new 18 kW unit compatible with its base.line,high.line, and eco.line series. This compact and user-friendly system boasts a small footprint and easy maintenance access, making it a versatile solution for a variety of applications.

In addition to temperature control, technotrans will showcase its commitment to sustainability with the water-cooled refrigeration machine from the kws series. This robust and energy-efficient solution is designed to meet the demands of various industrial cooling processes. Available in both air-cooled and water-cooled versions, the kws series offers single or dual-circuit configurations and utilizes the technotrans energy-saving module with sliding condensation pressure regulation for significant cost savings. The machine on display at Fakuma will demonstrate its dual functionality as both a refrigeration machine and a heat pump, highlighting its potential for heat recovery and further energy savings.
