New York – October 06, 2026 -- TEN Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: XHLD) has relocated its corporate headquarters to 1 Rockefeller Plaza, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10020, effective immediately, replacing its prior base in Langhorne, Pennsylvania.
Relocation follows July growth strategy tied to acquisitions and platform expansion
The move supports a growth strategy the Company outlined in July, centered on building its TEN technology platform and pursuing disciplined strategic acquisitions to expand technology capabilities, recurring revenue and market presence. TEN is a Digital Experience Platform for creating, producing, engaging, marketing and measuring digital experiences, built to scale up to 50,000 concurrent attendees, starting with enterprise events, webinars and continuing education.
Chairman Torres ties new address to investor access and deal flow
"TEN changes what this company is, and where we are based should reflect that," said Virgilio Torres, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TEN Holdings, Inc. He said New York puts management closer to the investment community, closer to advisors and deal flow behind the Company's acquisition priority, and closer to the enterprise customers TEN is built to serve.
Midtown Manhattan location targets investors, bankers and enterprise clients
New York concentrates institutional investors, analysts and the Company's investor relations advisors, making in-person shareholder and prospective-investor meetings easier for management. The location also places the Company near bankers, advisors and counsel involved in financings and technology acquisitions, supporting its strategic acquisition priority. Many of TEN's enterprise customers and prospects, spanning financial services to life sciences, are based in the New York metro area.
Company retains remote workforce despite physical headquarters shift
The Company's team will continue to work remotely, with the Rockefeller Plaza address serving as a corporate and investor-facing base rather than a staffed office hub. Management described the new footprint as more efficient and flexible, consistent with the financial discipline the Company has committed to as it scales.
