The meeting will take place at 2 p.m. Hong Kong time at the BNY Mellon Office, Room No. 2602, 26/F Three Pacific Place, 1 Queen's Road East, Wanchai. Instead of resolutions, the session will serve as an open forum where shareholders and beneficial owners of the company's American depositary shares (ADSs) can discuss company affairs with management.
Board fixes November 4, 2026 as record date for ordinary shareholders
Holders of record of the company's ordinary shares at the close of business on November 4, 2026 are entitled to receive notice of the meeting and to attend in person. That entitlement also covers any adjourned or postponed meeting. Beneficial owners of ADSs are welcome to attend in person.
