AM Best Upgrades The Doctors Company to A+ After ProAssurance Deal

NAPA – October 29, 2026 -- AM Best has raised The Doctors Company's financial strength rating (FSR) to A+ (Superior) from A (Excellent), and its long-term issuer credit rating (ICR) to "aa-" (Superior) from "a+" (Excellent), with a stable outlook.
