Stockholders of record as of Sept. 18 can vote and submit questions electronically

Holders of Health In Tech stock at the close of business on September 18, 2026, the Record Date, are eligible to vote their shares electronically during the meeting. They can also submit questions live during the session.

Eligible stockholders join through the company's designated virtual meeting portal at cleartrustonline.com/HIT.

Guests can attend in listen-only mode without a control number

Non-stockholders may access the 2026 Annual Meeting in listen-only mode. Guests do not need a control number to join.

Stockholm – – October 09, 2026 -- Boliden AB has appointed a Nomination Committee drawn from its three largest shareholders by voting rights, with Swedbank Robur Fonder's Lennart Francke as Chair, ahead of the 2027 Annual General Meeting on April 28, 2027.

Three institutional investors fill the committee seats based on the August 31 share register

Under instructions adopted by Boliden's Annual General Meeting, the committee consists of members appointed by the three largest shareholders by voting rights. Selection is based on Euroclear Nordics AB's print-out of the share register as of August 31, 2026, and is subject to each shareholder's willingness to participate.
