Zipline Launches ZipCoach AI Engine for Per-Store Coaching
San Francisco – October 14, 2026 -- Zipline has launched ZipCoach, an embedded AI capability that analyzes more than 300 performance, operational and behavioral data signals to generate store-specific coaching actions for multi-location retailers.
ZipCoach links frontline behavior to store-level results
The engine connects frontline and operational behaviors, external variables and business outcomes to learn what drives success at each individual store. It then flags improvement opportunities unique to each location and delivers personalized guidance to field leaders and store managers.
