THOR flags inflation, tariffs, chassis supply and interest rates as key risks

In the forward-looking statements accompanying the announcement, the recreational vehicle maker cited several factors that could cause results to differ from expectations. They include the impact of inflation on product costs and consumer demand, raw material and commodity price swings including tariffs, and supply constraints on raw materials and chassis.

THOR also pointed to its dependence on a small group of suppliers for certain components, including chassis. It named interest rate fluctuations and their effect on independent dealers and consumers as a further risk, along with the financial health of those dealers and restrictive lending practices.

The company directs investors to Item 1A of its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended July 31, 2026, for a fuller discussion of these risks.
