CHARLOTTE – – October 27, 2026 -- Transit Technologies has opened early-access programs for TransitTechOS, its AI-first operating suite, to select clients and will showcase the product at its Transit Mobility Alliance Conference (TMAC), running Oct. 27-30 in San Antonio.
TransitTechOS merges service, fleet, workforce and safety data into one view
The suite consolidates service, fleet, workforce, safety and operational data in a single shared view. Transit Technologies says agencies no longer need to switch between disconnected systems, and teams can spot service and performance risks earlier while coordinating decisions from the same information.
Reimagined Ecolane platform re-optimizes paratransit trips as conditions change
The rebuilt Ecolane platform combines scheduling, dispatch, rider and driver communication, fleet data and operational insights for demand-response and paratransit services. When cancellations, delays, new requests or staffing changes occur, it re-optimizes the affected trips and recommends updated assignments. Dispatchers keep final say over every assignment.
FASTER AI Analyst is planned for November release with natural-language queries
FASTER AI Analyst will let fleet teams ask questions about their data in plain language and receive written summaries of trends. The company says this removes the need to build a custom report or wait in an analyst queue.
Separately, the company's performance insights solutions provide dashboards covering historical patterns, emerging issues and key metrics, intended to support planning and resource allocation.
CEO Leonard pitches connected data as the answer to minute-by-minute service shifts
"Our clients keep service moving while conditions change by the minute, and they deserve tools that keep pace," said CEO Gerry Leonard.
TMAC 2026 adds The Pit Stop support hub and a Bruce Bowen keynote
Under the theme "Be In the Driver's Seat," the conference gathers transit operators, fleet managers and public agency leaders at the Marriott Rivercenter in San Antonio, Texas. It debuts The Pit Stop, a drop-in destination for one-on-one support across every Transit Technologies solution. Three-time NBA champion and former San Antonio Spurs player Bruce Bowen will deliver the keynote.
