Transportation Insight Launches AI Decision Platform TI Infinity

Hickory, N.C. – October 13, 2026 -- Transportation Insight (TI) has launched TI Infinity, an AI-powered Decision Intelligence platform built on a logistics book that covers $14.4 billion in managed client spend and 2.8 billion audited shipments a year.

TI Infinity replaces historical reporting with continuous analysis of live transportation data

The platform combines continuous monitoring, predictive analytics, anomaly detection, scenario modeling and conversational intelligence. It analyzes market, spend and performance data to identify trends, emerging risks and opportunities without requiring users to know what to look for. Shippers can query their data in plain language, investigate what is driving a change, evaluate potential outcomes and determine the next best action.

TI says the product addresses a persistent gap: shippers hold more transportation data and visibility than ever, but the data sits across multiple freight, parcel and enterprise systems. Traditional analytics still require users to combine reports and interpret the results themselves.

TI backs the platform with $14.4 billion in managed spend and 2.8 billion audited shipments

TI Infinity draws on the scale of TI's own logistics business. The company manages $14.4 billion in total client spend, split between $2.4 billion in freight and $12 billion in parcel. It reviews more than $30 billion in parcel carrier performance data each year and audits 2.8 billion shipments annually. The company cites more than 25 years of experience serving thousands of clients.

Executives frame the product as an intelligence layer, not another dashboard

Jared Wilson, President of Managed Transportation at TI, said the goal is a layer that works continuously on customers' behalf, identifying changes, modeling alternatives and recommending actions. He said pairing the technology with TI's proprietary data set and supply chain expertise will "dramatically shorten the distance between data and decision."

Founder and Chairman Paul Thompson said the vision extends beyond logistics. TI intends to help clients tie transportation decisions to profitability, margin management and overall enterprise performance.

Planned expansion will link transportation data to enterprise systems

Expanded capabilities will connect transportation intelligence with broader enterprise data. Customers could then assess how supply chain decisions affect profitability, margins and business performance. TI Infinity is powered by the beon technology platform.
