Tyra's pipeline centers on FGFR-targeted precision oncology drugs
Tyra's lead candidate, oral dabogratinib, is a potential first-in-class selective FGFR3 inhibitor under development for low-grade upper tract urothelial carcinoma, low-grade intermediate-risk non-muscle invasive bladder cancer, and achondroplasia. The company is also advancing TYRA-430, an FGFR4/3-biased inhibitor being tested in the SURF431 study for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma, and TYRA-200, an FGFR1/2/3 inhibitor in the SURF201 study for metastatic intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
Tyra's drug candidates stem from its in-house SNÅP platform, which the company uses to design molecules through iterative structural analysis aimed at optimizing potency, selectivity and tolerability.
