U.S. Gold Corp. to Pitch CK Gold Project at Four September Investor Events

Cheyenne, Wyoming – September 11, 2026 -- U.S. Gold Corp. (Nasdaq: USAU) will present its fully permitted CK Gold Project in Wyoming to investors at four separate conferences throughout September 2026, as the company seeks to build market awareness around a recently completed Feasibility Study.

Management targets four investor conferences across three U.S. cities

The company confirmed attendance at the Moody Capital Solutions Disruptive Growth & Life Sciences Conference in New York on September 9-10, followed by the H.C. Wainwright 28th Annual Global Investment Conference in New York from September 14-16. U.S. Gold will then travel to Colorado for the 2026 Precious Metals Summit in Beaver Creek, September 22-25, and Mining Forum Americas 2026 at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, September 27-30.

CK Gold Project anchors the pitch with completed feasibility economics

Executives plan to detail the CK Gold Project's economics, which the company describes as robust following its recent Feasibility Study, positioning the Wyoming asset as its flagship development-stage property. The project has already secured full permitting status, a milestone that typically reduces regulatory risk for potential financing partners or acquirers.

Company will also showcase Nevada and Idaho exploration assets

Beyond CK Gold, U.S. Gold intends to highlight exploration upside at its Keystone project, located on Nevada's Cortez Trend, and its Challis Gold project in Idaho. Both properties remain in earlier-stage exploration relative to CK Gold's advanced feasibility status.

The four-conference circuit gives U.S. Gold direct access to institutional investors, analysts, and mining-sector peers over a roughly three-week window spanning mid-to-late September.
