Chandler – October 28, 2026 -- Vensure Employer Solutions has launched AI Orchestrator, a Digital Capital Management (DCM) platform with more than 500 out-of-the-box integrations, to help small and mid-size businesses build, test, orchestrate and govern AI agents alongside their human workforce.
Platform covers the full agent lifecycle from build to audit
Users can build agents natively using no-code and low-code tooling. They can test them before deployment through built-in simulation, scenario validation and performance benchmarking.
The platform orchestrates multi-agent workflows in which agents collaborate, escalate and complete end-to-end business processes autonomously. Governance features include policy controls, audit trails, compliance monitoring and performance analytics.
Integrations span HR, payroll, CRM and ERP systems
The 500-plus integrations also cover productivity and industry-specific platforms, so the digital workforce operates inside tools businesses already use. Vensure calls this a critical differentiator.
AI Orchestrator also manages third-party agents next to its native ones in a single view. Companies do not have to abandon existing AI investments, because the platform acts as an operating layer that puts all agents under unified management, visibility and governance.
VensureHR and PrismHR carry the platform to Vensure's client base
VensureHR, the company's direct employer services division, will distribute AI Orchestrator to SMB clients that already rely on it for payroll, benefits, compliance and HR administration.
PrismHR, a Vensure Employer Solutions company, will offer the platform to its PEO, ASO and payroll service bureau clients. A private-label option lets those clients create new revenue streams without building the technology themselves.
Vensure and its family of companies serve more than 161,000 businesses across all 50 U.S. states and more than 175 countries, and process over $153 billion in annual payroll.
Vensure frames DCM as governance on par with human workforce rules
Vensure defines DCM as creating, deploying, orchestrating and governing AI agents with the same rigor, security and compliance applied to human employees. It says most organizations lack the infrastructure to manage such systems securely and at scale.
CEO Alex Campos said, "Every SMB will need a way to deploy and manage AI agents."
John Slavic, founder and CEO of 401(k) provider Slavic401k and a longtime Vensure partner, called DCM a turning point for the industry. He said service providers that equip clients with digital workforce infrastructure now will be best placed to lead their industries.
