Bengaluru – September 11, 2026 -- Whatfix has appointed co-founder Vara Kumar as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately, following the sudden death of co-founder and CEO Khadim Batti on September 1, 2026.

Kumar co-founded Whatfix with Batti in 2014 and has since led the company's product and research strategy, steering its growth from a startup into a digital adoption platform serving Fortune 500 clients. He now takes over as CEO to guide the company's next growth phase.
