Norwalk – October 27, 2026 -- Xerox has been named a Leader in Quocirca's 2026 Automation & AI, Cloud & Technology (ACT) assessment, which evaluates vendors across Automation & AI, Cloud and Technology Ecosystems.

Xerox applies AI across four operational areas

Xerox says it now uses AI as a foundational capability in predictive maintenance, workflow automation, intelligent document processing and production optimization. Cloud platforms and partner ecosystems support these offerings and let them scale securely across distributed environments.

The ACT assessment rewards vendors that show strategic vision, execution strength and the integration needed to move beyond standalone technologies toward enterprise-wide transformation.

Quocirca cites embedded intelligence and a growing IT services portfolio

Louella Fernandes, CEO of Quocirca, said intelligence embedded across Xerox devices, platforms and services, backed by a technology ecosystem and a growing IT services portfolio, fits what Quocirca expects of ACT Leaders. She called Xerox "a true pacesetter for customer transformation and innovation."

Digital Services and IT Solutions growth feed the rating

The recognition also reflects continued growth of Digital Services and Xerox IT Solutions, alongside progress integrating Lexmark, which Xerox acquired in 2025. Xerox says this strengthens its ability to deliver higher-value, recurring digital and IT services at scale.

Munu Gandhi, president of Xerox IT Solutions and chief technology officer at Xerox, said the result reflects progress in combining AI, automation, cloud and IT into a more connected platform. He said Xerox will keep focusing on practical innovation and operational excellence as it scales the business.
