MOUNTAINSIDE, N.J. -- September 01, 2026 -- Yorkville America Equities, LLC launched the Yorkville America MANGOS Plus Index ETF, trading under ticker FRUT on NYSE Arca and NYSE Texas, the firm announced Aug. 31, 2026. The fund combines six AI platform companies with seven hardware and infrastructure suppliers inside a single rules-based index, charging a 0.50% expense ratio with quarterly distributions. Tidal Investments, LLC serves as sub-adviser, and PINE Distributors LLC acts as distributor.
FRUT commits 80% of assets to twelve named AI companies
At least 80% of the fund's net assets go toward what Yorkville America calls the MANGO Plus Group: Meta Platforms, NVIDIA, Alphabet, SpaceX, OpenAI and Anthropic, plus SanDisk, Marvell, Micron, Intel, Dell, AMD and Broadcom. Exposure comes through direct holdings, private securities or total return swaps, with direct private-security holdings capped at 5% of net assets.
Perpetual futures give exposure to OpenAI and Anthropic before any IPO
The underlying Yorkville America MANGOS Plus Index, ticker YAMANGOP, uses perpetual futures referencing OpenAI and Anthropic to capture two companies that remain privately held. The listed equity basket refreshes quarterly, while a monthly, liquidity-sensitive rebalancing process adjusts weightings as AI leadership and market conditions shift. Yorkville America said it may conduct an ad hoc index review if OpenAI or Anthropic announces or completes an initial public offering.
CEO frames platform and hardware layers as one investment thesis
Steve Neamtz, CEO of Yorkville America Equities, said AI's platforms and infrastructure form "part of one investable thesis, not two competing ones." The fund responds to a split among AI-focused investors between platform-layer bets on companies such as Meta and Alphabet and hardware-layer bets on chipmakers and suppliers such as AMD and Broadcom.
Fund carries no operating history and concentrated sector risk
FRUT is a newly organized investment company with no track record, according to the fund's disclosures, leaving investors without historical performance data to evaluate before investing. The fund is non-diversified and concentrated in AI, semiconductor and related technology industries, a structure that increases exposure to regulatory, legal and market developments specific to those sectors. Exposure to privately held companies through total return swaps carries counterparty, liquidity, valuation and operational risk, and pricing for pre-IPO companies may rely on limited information that leaves their actual index weighting below the target allocation.
FRUT extends Yorkville America's Digital & Structural Economy lineup
The launch adds to Yorkville America's existing suite of exchange-traded funds built around the firm's Digital & Structural Economy vertical. Yorkville America Equities registered the fund as a rules-based, transparent strategy, with additional disclosures filed through its Form ADV Part 2A with the SEC.
