Singapore – October 15, 2026 -- YYForce Inc. (NASDAQ: YFOR) has commercially launched Yolara AI, a workforce intelligence platform that it is rolling out through an existing regional network of more than 100,000 verified frontline workers and over 500 enterprise partner locations.
Those figures describe YYForce's existing network, not the number of active Yolara AI users or locations at launch, the company said.
Core platform is live in Singapore on web and mobile
The platform combines algorithmic matching, automated staffing workflows, digital attendance and operational analytics. It targets hospitality, food and beverage, retail, logistics, events and facilities management.
YYForce says it aims to cut repetitive administration and improve coordination between businesses and workers. It cautions that actual staffing outcomes depend on worker availability, qualification requirements and operating conditions.
Five capabilities ship at launch
- Multi-factor matching: scores worker suitability on skills, availability, location, credentials and previous shift records.
- Conversational onboarding: collects worker information, confirms availability and communicates shift requirements.
- Automated scheduling: links staffing requirements to eligible shift bookings.
- Digital attendance: uses geofenced check-in and check-out to capture attendance data for monitoring and reconciliation.
- Talent Graph and dashboards: structures worker profiles, qualifications and shift histories into a searchable base, with dashboards for staffing coverage, attendance and workforce cost metrics.
Voice agent is rolling out in phases with selected Singapore clients
The conversational AI voice agent uses natural-language processing, intent recognition and information extraction to turn spoken staffing requests into structured digital requests. In YYForce's example, a manager asks for five banquet service crew members for 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. the next day at Marina Bay. The agent extracts headcount, role, location and shift times, asks for clarification where information is missing, and passes the request to the matching workflow.
The phased deployment is meant to test usability and operational performance before a broader rollout. Voice-agent availability will therefore differ from that of the core platform during the initial launch period.
CEO Mike Fu targets fulfilled shifts within minutes
CEO Mike Fu said the launch turns spoken manager requests into fulfilled shifts in minutes and marks a foundational milestone in building a unified, intelligent workforce ecosystem across the region.
Roadmap includes forecasting and wider Southeast Asia expansion
YYForce plans to evaluate expansion into additional Southeast Asian markets based on customer demand, operational readiness and local requirements. Planned enhancements include machine-learning-based demand forecasting, predictive workforce analytics, and agentic workflows linking conversational requests to enterprise systems. These sit on the development roadmap and are not part of the launch functionality.
The company lists data privacy, cybersecurity and AI-related regulation, including rules governing location and voice data, among the risks to the rollout. Other risks it names are reliance on third-party technology providers, the accuracy and reliability of its AI models and voice agent, and client adoption.
