NEW YORK – October 27, 2026 -- Allegion US will demonstrate real-time wireless locks, Apple Wallet and Google Wallet credentials, and new property-management integrations at ISC East 2026 (booth #601), November 4–5 at the Javits Center.
Schlage XE360 switches between offline Bluetooth and real-time Wi-Fi modes
The Schlage XE360 uses an interchangeable FleX Module. Locks run offline via Bluetooth or in real-time mode via Wi-Fi. Over Wi-Fi, RealSync technology lets administrators manage access remotely, push instant credential updates and receive immediate security alerts. Allegion says this avoids the cost and complexity of traditional hardwired systems.
Optimize app consolidates setup for three automatic door operators
The Allegion Optimize mobile app launched with a firmware update for the LCN Senior Swing, the first device to use it. The LCN Relia Swing and Falcon Freestyle are now supported as well. Installers and facility teams can calibrate, adjust, maintain and troubleshoot within the app.
The Senior Swing offers AdaptivIQ self-adjusting technology and 23 user-adjustable features, in 9500IQ surface-mounted and 2800IQ concealed versions. The Falcon 8100IQ Freestyle also carries AdaptivIQ and fits a slim 3-1/4" header. Allegion is pitching it on faster installation and fewer callbacks.
Zentra connects to RealPage and Yardi to automate resident access
Allegion's multifamily platform now integrates with the RealPage and Yardi property management systems. Resident details and lease dates flow automatically into Zentra Living, which Allegion says removes duplicate data entry and reduces move-in errors. Permissions stay aligned with the lease lifecycle. Paired with Resident Key in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, residents get access from day one.
Schlage mobile credentials cover iPhone, Apple Watch, Android and Wear OS
Schlage's NFC portfolio in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet includes Employee Badge, Student ID and Resident Key. Credentials run on iPhone, Apple Watch, Android phones and Wear OS smartwatches. Allegion is integrating them with a growing number of software and technology alliances.
Allegion backs open standards through CSA, FiRA and SwiftConnect
Allegion participates in the Connectivity Standards Alliance and the FiRA Consortium and runs the Allegion Alliance Network. Its collaboration with SwiftConnect targets faster adoption of NFC mobile credentials. Butch Holland, regional director of channel sales, said the company is simplifying installation and championing open standards for Northeast integrators who must modernize quickly.
Overtur and Stanley doors round out the booth lineup
Overtur, Allegion's cloud-based suite with nearly a decade of service, consolidates opening data into a single source of truth across the building lifecycle. Its mobile tools handle inspections, surveys, installation status and punch lists. STANLEY Access Technologies will show Dura-Glide 2000/3000 Series automatic sliding doors, which range from ADA-compliant access to blast-rated entrances.
Allegion's Beth Anderson, director of digital marketing and a 2026 Women in Security Forum Power 100 Honoree, will join the SIA Education panel "Straight Talk from Ladies of Influence."
