Costa Mesa, Calif. – September 15, 2026 -- BenQ has released its first Creative Pro monitors built specifically for color grading, the PV3250U and PV2750U, priced at $1,599.99 and $1,099.99 respectively.
BenQ targets post-production professionals with 16-bit hardware calibration
The 32-inch PV3250U and 27-inch PV2750U are 120Hz 4K displays aimed at video editors and post-production teams working on advertisements, short-form films, branded content and social media campaigns. Both models deliver 99% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage and 100% Rec.709 coverage, paired with an IPS Black panel offering a 3000:1 contrast ratio for shadow-detail accuracy.
16-bit 3D LUT hardware calibration addresses color-consistency risks
The PV50 Series includes 16-bit 3D LUT Hardware Calibration, managed through AQCOLOR Pilot, Calman and Cloudscape software, with color profiles stored directly in the display to preserve consistency across system changes. BenQ says the monitors address grading errors caused by crushed blacks and tonal inconsistencies that can force costly revisions during commercial post-production. A Dark-Tone Clarity feature, powered by AQCOLOR Technology, applies a fine-tuned gamma curve optimized for Rec.709 workflows to protect shadow detail without shifting tones.
Factory calibration delivers Delta E below 1 on both models
Each unit ships factory calibrated with an included calibration report, achieving an average Delta E of less than 1. The monitors carry Calman Verified and Pantone Validated certification, including Pantone SkinTone Validation, confirming alignment with recognized industry color-accuracy standards.
Workflow tools and Thunderbolt 4 connectivity target studio efficiency
The displays include Shadow Check for inspecting low-luminance detail, Marker for previewing multiple aspect ratios and cropping guides, and Area Zoom for magnifying selected regions without altering source content. A single Thunderbolt 4 cable delivers video, data and up to 96W of power to Mac systems. Optional accessories include a Magnetic Shading Hood for glare elimination and a Hotkey Puck for one-click access to color modes.
PV3250U ships now with promotional pricing; PV2750U arrives this fall
The PV3250U is available immediately on BenQ.com and Amazon at an MSRP of $1,599.99, with a limited-time promo of $100 off. Additional retail availability through B&H and Adorama is set for later this month. The 27-inch PV2750U will launch this fall at an MSRP of $1,099.99.
