bswift Moves Up to Gold in Aetna Well-being Awards After Beating Goals

CHICAGO – October 27, 2026 -- Benefits technology provider bswift earned a Gold-level Aetna Workplace Well-being Award, up from Silver in 2025, after its internal programs exceeded all four published engagement and satisfaction targets.

bswift's well-being programs beat every published participation goal

Preventive health engagement reached 65%, against a 50% goal. The result is supported by bswift's Medical Premium Credit program.

Engagement in the Color Health cancer support program hit 18.3%, versus a 12% target. Participation in the Maven Menopause and Midlife Health program reached 15.58%, also against a 12% goal.

Satisfaction with parental support came in at 87.5%, above the 85% goal. The company expanded Paid Parental Leave and introduced a Parent-to-be Guide beforehand.

Every major program carries a measurable SMART goal

bswift ties each major well-being program to a specific target. It uses the results to judge which programs reach employees, where communications work and where needs are changing. The company says it applies the same goal-setting and measurement approach in its work with clients.

Programs cover preventive care, mental health, fitness, cancer support, menopause and midlife health, family needs, financial well-being and social connection.

Year-round channels and surveys feed program design

bswift communicates through a monthly Wellbeing Spotlight newsletter, email, text messages, People Leader meetings and team member resource groups. It collects feedback through an annual Benefits & Wellbeing Survey and resource group focus groups.

CEO Ted Bloomberg said, "The data tells us what is happening, but team member feedback helps us understand why." Chief People Officer Natalie Atwood described well-being as part of both culture and business strategy.
