Captello Waives Event Registration Fees in $0 Show Program

DALLAS – October 28, 2026 -- Captello has launched The $0 Show, a program that removes registration and attendee-app costs, valued at $20,000 to $25,000, from the organizer's budget when the organizer names Captello the official lead capture solution for an event.

Qualifying organizers must deliver 75 exhibitors on Captello

New organizers receive EventGen registration and the core-license EventNexus attendee app at no cost. To qualify, an organizer must make Captello the official and exclusive lead capture solution, have at least 75 exhibitors using it as their default, and book a meeting with the Captello team to confirm the offer.

EventGen covers branded registration forms, free or paid ticket types, attendance tiers, group registration and real-time dashboards. EventNexus provides a branded app with agendas, sessions, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors and on-demand badge QR codes.

Captello targets the three-vendor model of registration, capture and reporting

Captello argues that organizers currently pay one vendor for registration, a second for show-floor lead capture and a third for reporting, then stitch the results together by hand. The company says its platform runs registration, the app, lead capture, engagement and revenue intelligence on one login and one data model, so nothing is exported or reconciled after the show.

Revelation, Captello's analytics solution, benchmarks a show against itself year over year and show over show. Exhibitor ROI dashboards and sponsor reporting are intended to give exhibitors and sponsors evidence for rebooking, upgrading and renewing. Organizers can also package exhibitor lead capture as a premium service, creating a new revenue line.

Captello cites $250,000 in organizer revenue and 195,947 leads at one show

Captello says one large international event's organizer program generated more than $250,000 in incremental revenue in its first year on the platform, with 195,947 leads captured at a single show. At a leading association trade show, gamified sponsor stops drove $42,500 in new sponsorship revenue.

"We'd rather compete on what our data proves than on what we charge to scan a badge," said Ryan Schefke, Founder and CEO of Captello. He added that some vendors in the space "won't love" the offer.

Brad Froese, VP of Marketing at Captello, said the single data set follows an attendee from registration to the booth to the pipeline. He predicted the program will make "a few renewal conversations elsewhere" uncomfortable for competing vendors.

The $0 Show is available now to qualifying events worldwide.
