Cerillion 26.2 Adds Agentic AI to BSS/OSS Suite, 47 TM Forum Certs

LONDON – November 04, 2026 -- Cerillion (AIM: CER) has made Cerillion 26.2 generally available, extending agentic AI across customer care, service configuration, product design and churn prediction in its pre-integrated BSS/OSS Suite for communications service providers (CSPs).

Four AI features target care, configuration, packaging and retention

The Customer Care Agent uses agentic AI to help service teams locate customer and service information, resolve enquiries and decide the next action. Cerillion says this shortens the training needed to onboard new users.

The Service Configuration Agent widens agentic automation to a broader range of complex service and system configuration tasks. It reduces manual effort and reliance on specialist knowledge, which speeds the launch of new services and network integrations.

Competitor-aware Package Creation feeds details of competing offers into agentic package design within Enterprise Product Catalogue. Predictive Churn applies machine-learning models to flag customers at greatest risk of leaving. Cerillion says the models proved highly effective in customer pilots, and the churn scores feed targeted campaigns and offers through its Promotions Engine.

Open AI stack lets CSPs combine in-house and Cerillion models

The agentic features run on three components: the AI Management Centre, the MCP Server and the Agent2Agent Server. CSPs can adopt Cerillion's AI, integrate existing in-house or third-party AI investments, or combine both at any point in the stack.

The AI Management Centre provides centralised model governance. The MCP Server gives secure, controlled access to Cerillion's Open APIs through its Progressive Discovery architecture. The Agent2Agent Server supports coordinated, multi-step workflows across agents and systems.

Vikrant Gandhi, Vice President and Global Sector Leader, ICT at Frost & Sullivan, said the open, composable, model-independent architecture gives CSPs a flexible and well-governed foundation for AI-orchestrated operations.

5G standalone charging and catalogue workspace added

Cerillion Convergent Charging System now includes a native Nchf interface for 5G standalone charging. REST-based and Diameter charging interfaces can coexist in the same deployment, giving CSPs a migration path to 5G SA while still supporting hybrid networks.

Enterprise Product Catalogue introduces the Dynamic Catalogue Workspace, a grid-based environment where product teams compare and update complex product, package and pricing structures at scale, with changes applied directly in the grid.

Cerillion reaches 47 TM Forum Open API certifications across seven customers

Enterprise Product Catalogue has earned TM Forum ODA Component Certification for TMFC001 Product Catalog Management. Cerillion also added 15 TM Forum Real World Open API certifications since Cerillion 26.1, bringing its total to 47 across seven customers. The company says this is more than any other independent BSS/OSS vendor.

Brian Coombs, Chief Product Officer at Cerillion, said that building the capabilities into the standards-based architecture lets customers adopt them with the governance, security and control that mission-critical operations require.
